2. Description of Service: Our platform allows users to generate, customize, and manage AI-generated prompts, content, and related data through automated systems. The Service may evolve over time with new features or modifications.
3. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

6. Acceptable Use: You agree not to: Use the Service to generate, share, or distribute harmful, illegal, or discriminatory content.Reverse engineer, copy, or attempt to extract source code or models. Use the Service for automated scraping or high-volume data extraction. Misrepresent the origin of AI-generated outputs as solely human-created. We may remove content or restrict access for violations of this policy.
7. Payment and Subscriptions: If you purchase a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Prices and billing terms are described at checkout or in your plan details. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties: The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, reliability, or suitability for a particular purpose. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies, and you assume all responsibility for its use.
9. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sloppi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from your use of the Service.
10. Indemnification: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sloppi, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination: We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or the Service.
12. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
